Unfortunately tonight's meal was not up to there usual standards. The chips compared to the previous night were not checked as there was a pure black burnt chip also the chips were to dried out also hard just not good so they went in the bin. As for the Chicken pizza that to was over cooked as it was hard on top dried out and birnt underneath. It's just a shame that the person who cooked it couldn't remember how long it takes to cook having it with a hard topping dried out burnt again is not up to your normal standard as the previous night. Unfortunately after 2 slices of trying to eat it unfortunately that went in the bin too. As for the Chips Chrese donner meat it resulted part of it was put in the bin apart from the donner meat. It felt like there were 3 different kinds of chips hard dried out and burnt. We are regulars with you and you do have a tendency of providing good food. This food should not have left your shop without getting checked. As you know your food represents you and your business but on this occasion apart from the donner meat everything else went in the bin. We didn't phone up to complain as we were disappointed, angry also not only at the food but the fact we paid almost £20 for this to go in the bin. All I can say is would you be happy.

Wrap was incredibley dry and barely had and donner in it. Chips and cheese the sauce was put on before the cheese causing the whole thing to cool down and even after a 8-10 minute drive home. The chips and cheese was cold.

Considering I live 2 mins away my food was stone cold and as I've it had been sitting in box for ages was binned won't be ordering again

Meal was late,whole lot was really cold and chicken had without doubt been re fried from the day before. Tried to take a bite from it and it was hard and dry and ended up in the brown bin . Disgusting!!! I have ordered from them on numerous occasions and the timings and food are always fantastic. Don’t know if it was just a bad day but shouldn’t be to the detriment of their customers.

Took an hour and 50 minutes to arrive, they forgot my sauce, pizza was very dry like it had been sitting in the hot bit for ages, the burger roll was so soggy. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
